How it works

  1. Send your idea. Include the type of item, quantity, colors, wording, and any design details you have in mind. For event requests, include the occasion, theme, and names or roles you’d like personalized.
  2. Mention your preferred date. If your request is for a gift or event, tell us the event date and when you need your items in hand. Requested dates aren’t guaranteed.
  3. We’ll review the details. Before you purchase, we’ll confirm whether we can take on your project, along with pricing, available materials, and an estimated production timeline.
  4. Approve your order. Production begins after the design details are agreed upon and payment is received. If your project includes a design proof, we’ll explain the approval process before you purchase.

Our handmade and custom products are made to order, not held as ready-to-ship stock. Production time depends on the item, materials, design complexity, and current workload. Shipping time is additional.
