Order Tracking

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to activate your tracking information.

To track your order:

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping confirmation from Lady Luna
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit your carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Haven't received a tracking number?

If it has been more than 3 business days since your order was placed and you have not received a tracking email, please contact us at laticia@ladyluna.store with your name, email address, and order number and we will look into it right away.

Please note: All Lady Luna items are made to order and require 2–4 business days of production time before shipping.
